David Zinder

Israeli-born actor, teacher and director. A graduate of Manchester University (UK) and a professional actor in Israel (1966-71), with a PhD (summa cum laude) in theatre from the University of California at Berkeley (1976). 

From 1976 to 2004 David taught acting and directing at the Theatre Arts Dept. of Tel Aviv University (retired in 2004 as Professor Emeritus) and directed over 70 productions in the department, and in professional theatres in Israel and abroad. Since 1980 has been giving workshops in acting training in Israel, Europe (Germany, Denmark, Serbia, Sardegna, Croatia, Slovakia and Spain, the US, the UK, India and the Far East (Taiwan and Singapore).
